Goldfinch singing this weekend
Love it! I've been hearing skylarks, blue and great tits, yellowhammer just a couple of days ago with 'little bit of bread....", blackbirds and chaffies!

Greenfinches now sitting on prominent perches singing in the village today.
Chaffinches, Greenfinches, Goldfinches, Blue Tit, Great Tit, Songthrush, Blackbirds, Dunnocks, Wrens, Robins, Coal Tits, Marsh Tits, Skylarks, Yellow Hammers, Tree Sparrows all heard singing and showing signs of territories.

Had some starlings sitting in the top of an Oak tree here, sounding like high pitched sliding whistles.

Lots of blackbirds, robins and blue tits. Also chaffinch singing (above the feeder) and a dunnock
Tonight the Tawny Owls were finally calling this year :))
Great news evereyone with all the birds calling. Must be a sign of spring in the air after all our waiting.
Not heard Tawny Owls for a while now.
A Mr Blackbird was singing his heart out on the nearby roof early this morning - bless him
