Just starting on BBC1.
A thing of beauty is a joy forever.
Cute bear cubs though!
Bob, I think I share a similar opinion.

I agree with you Bob, about watching the presenters! I'm not really interested in her reaction to the whales and bears, but there was some nice footage of the animals. I don't think we need constant apologies from the lad in Kenya (don't know who he is) regarding the realities of wildlife and hunting, starvation and the weather.
It's on again on Wednesday and I shall watch it - I want to know what happens to the lion cub.
Yes, it did bug me that the camera was on her face a lot more than the bear cubs, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. A little sad about the baby elephant but I need to toughen up a bit!
It's not one I'm going to switch on to watch in a hurry. Filming was great, animals were great but the presenters and script could have done without. Shame.
Might see if the live webcams are any better or if it's worth watching online.

Certainly advertising it as "Live" is a complete misnomer, but apart from that and too much of the presenters presenting themselves, I enjoyed it.
What should and could have been a good show ruined by the way it was presented and poor presenters.
Hedgehogs sound brilliant!
Tbh, I thought it was awful
