Not sure of your opinions on National Geographic channels but the schedules are jammed with sensationalist clap trap such as when animals attack, shark attack(are fish not animals?) etc.
However amongst these I have stumbled across the Wild series, Nordic wild and wild Russia are fantastic, the voice over is certainly no Attenborough but the camera work is very good, worth catching.
Last night on Wild Russia :- Amur Tigers, Amur leopards and Blakiston's fishing owls were good highlights, along with some nice harlequin ducks and Indian Marten :)
Nordic wild, has had to many to list and a good lynx section coming for big cat lover'.s.
