Yay, Frozen Planet starts next week exploring the Arctic and Antarctic, narrated by David Attenborough who made his first visit to the North Pole! He also visits the frozen remains of Captain Scott's camp. Wrap up warm for this one!

I bought the book today lol
Millie & Fly the Border Collies
Looking forward to this! I remember 'Life in the Freezer' from the early 90s, I still have the VHS tape and the book somewhere.
Please feel free to take a look at my blog - http://nick-young.blogspot.com/
I have Life in the Freezer on DVD lol Think this is a sort-of update because there are meant to be comparisions with the way it looks now to when Attenborough visited previously. Probably not going to look nice :-(
I will be glued to it! Having visited both places.....
My Blog!
My Flickr!
I will be glued to the box too. Thanks Kat :-))

Indeed. And really I liked the bit at the end where they showed how they filmed at that mountain! The work that goes into making shows like this really deserves the description 'epic'.
It does indeed. The snowflakes were stunning. Did feel for that poor seal though, after all that struggle, but that's just nature I suppose
Finally watched the first episode lol
DVD is out beginning of December :-)
Definately a purchase for MrT methinks. Next one is this wednesday at 9pm on BBC1.
Or something to add to the Christmas list lol
