Many falconers Goshawks are stroppy and difficult to work with, especially for anyone other than their handler. Compare that with hawking centres letting anyone fly a harris hawk.. Was well impressed, got the feeling he knows the handler too, or they spent a fair bit of time together in the run up to shooting those scenes It's both what you do and the way that you do it! Know some guys who go hawking on the edge of the local moors,one uses a Goshawk quite a manic bird,such a beauty.
