Another interesting insert of a Hen Harriers life in One Show - if only the insert was longer.

Not to mention the Bluebells and the cute baby Meercat at the end of the show

Got to look at Mike Dilger falling down a hole in the filming of the Hen Harriers. At least he can laugh at himself LOL

    Thanks for pointing this one out Blackbird,not normally a great fan of the programme but the wildlife spots are usually good.To a raptor nut like myself this was a great bit of film,Mike Dillinger is a good presenter.I did visit the island years ago to see the Hen Harriers and it is on the list of places to go again.I understand autumn/early winter is the best time to see larger roosts.
