This week featuring Ospreys.
You know that if I were reincarnated, I'd want to come back a buzzard. Nothing hates or envies him, or wants him or needs him. He is never bothered and he can eat anything.
Another good hour of wildlife watching, the Starlings were brilliant and the Barn Owl was what Barnies always are-fantastic.

Just watched it..blown away by the shots of the hawk going through the slot and tube and the section on stag beetles. I had not realized how lucky I was to find some in the garden last year. I have lots of wood piles so hopefully in 3 years time we might get some more.

I think the spring/autumnwatch had done some similar 'experiments' on goshawks before but it amazes me every time I see it!
'Dip a dee dah, dip a dee ay, we're not seeing any birds to-day...'

Tonight's episode was the best one so far. We were both riveted to the screen watching that Goshawk. WOW what an amazing acrobatic bird
