Vote for your favourite wildlife presenter - just for fun!

With all of the brilliant wildlife programmes on TV at the moment we thought it would be a great time to run a poll on who is everyones favourite wildlife presenter! The options below are eleven of the regulars that have appeared recently on our screens.

We know there are lots more out there that we could have included, feel free to sing their praises as well!

Please keep the comments positive and feel free to vote on whatever criteria you see fit, be it knowledge of poo, how they look as nature intended (for the Iolo fans out there!) or simply on their enthusiasm for wildlife!

  • There can be only one for me. Sir David Attenborough. My passion for Wildlife is down in part to the amazing programmes of his that I have grown up watching. He stands apart from everyone else for me personally. He has inspired, and continues to inspire many.

  • Well

You know who I'm voting for!!!!!

Actually, I would cast a vote for several of these presenters for different reasons.

Saint David for the reasons stated by Lynette

    Bill Oddie for being Bill

    Iolo of course!!!!!!

Simon King for being so warm, enthusiastic and knowledgeable

Overall, what a great bunch! We are very lucky to have all these people bringing wildlife into our homes and minds. Perhaps the future of our birds and animals has a chance!!! (Government take heed!!!!!!!!!!!)

    Cheers

  • It has to be Attenborough!!

He is a legend! His passion has done so much to inspire others, including myself, to the wonders of the natural world.

He will go down in history to have done as much for nature as Darwin in my opinion!

  • Simon King for me.

His lovely dimples are second only to his warm enthusiasm that rubs off all who watch him.

    Cheers, Linda.

So difficult to choose but it has to be Simon King for me. His love for wild life, enthusiasm and knowledge is wonderful and watching him encourage his young daughter is an absolute delight.

The early bird catches the worm. No wonder I`m always starving!

  • Iolo is our favourite, he is also local-when he is not filming abroad. The latest programme could have been filmed in our garden-our smallest grand daughter pointed at the Golfinches, then at Grand dad as if to say "They are OUR Birds".

  • Hi Ian

I didn't even need to look down the list.

Sir David Attenborough is at the top and he is my all time favourite wildlife presenter bar none. :-)

    Best wishes Chris

  • For me it has to be David Attenburgh for a lifetime of dedication

Of all creatures, man is the most detestable, he is the only creature that inflicts pain for sport, knowing it to be pain.
    ~ Mark Twain

  • Davin Attenburgh got it for me too but very tempted to vote for Jonny Kingdom.  I haven't seen much of him really but I've enjoyed the programs I've seen and love the south west accent apart from I keep hearing parts of it creeping into my speach as I get older.  Think thats just part of living in Herefordshire though. Part westcountry part welsh etc (accent that is)

I'm not bald. I've just got ingrowing hair!
