I have not seen any discussions about this, if I have missed any my apologies! Anyway this was on sunday night (8pm ch4) and featured vet and presenter Mark Evans investigating the evidence behind yeti sightings. Some really interesting stuff including actual specimens, footprints and eye witness accounts and most importantly, some scientific analysis of of the DNA of hair recovered. The findings were astonishing! I won't spoil it in case anyone wants to catch up in case it is repeated or available on catch up but it was really interesting. They are giving the same treatment to the bigfoot or sasquatch next weekend. Well worth a watch if cryptozoology is your thing!

yes you're right Doggie, but the programme was really interesting nonetheless.
Lot to learn
I watched it too, very absorbing after the initial irritation (to me) of all the 'whizzy' facts & figures all over the screen! Fortunately I had not seen results prior to the program ( given up on news & papers to preserve my sanity!)

I watched it too ! How interesting. And I didn't have a clue about the DNA findings until this programme. Really enjoyed it .
I recorded it and am now looking forward to watching! When I get time! Great British Year tonight, Autumnwatch starts next week! It has been a great year for wildlife TV with Springwatch, Burrowers and Wildlife Revival too as well as the Natural World series!
