I suppose it does make it easier if, like me, you are used to a place where they haunt the grit trays, even if they only come out once a year. I hardly ever see them apart from that let alone catch one on camera.

Super photo. If you're ever down Weymouth way this sort of time of year, Radipole is excellent for them. Just pick a day with no wind and a drop of sunshine (harder than it sounds in Jan/Feb lol)
