Never thought about that, I guess it would, with the half spherical shape....

Not quite tonight's moon, but definitely a midday moon....

December's Full Moon, also known as the Cold Moon, isn't until Thursday 12 December, but with the local forecast here not looking too promising, I've snapped a "pre-Cold Moon" from a couple of nights ago.

Well, our weather is full of surprises, some pleasant, some not so pleasant....
The sky seemed bright at bedtime, it'll be the last full moon of 2019, Decembers moon, also known as the Cold Moon, so I thought I'd get the camera out and hopefully get a half decent full moon photo, but alas, surprise surprise, it was shrouded by cloud.
But then, did I spy what looked like a break in the cloud, or was it just thick heavy rain bearing cloud?
No, it was actually a break in the cloud, well, plenty enough of a break to get a clear photo, of December's Full Moon....
