Migration spots

In Spring with decent  south or south easterly winds Hunstanton lighthouse at dawn is a good place to see visible migration. Mid to late April is my favourite time. After an hour or so as the day warms up  the paddocks at North Heacham are worth a look too. You could walk through to South Heacham and beyond into Snettisham coastal park. It's a long walk so you may want to leapfrog down the coast in a car.  As Spring develops  you can expect hirundines, wheatear, white wagtail,  ring ouzel, grey partridge, reed and sedge warbler, grasshopper warbler, whitethroat, nightingale, etc.
