Well it's officially the end of the bird watching season in Oman. At 10:30 this morning it was registering 46 degrees outside.

The waders have left and it's just toooo hot to go out.

Norfolk next week for a few day though :-)

    Hi Kezsmum

    I'm looking forward to it. I've only got two days unfortunately but I'm really hoping to catch some Barn Owls. I bought a house in North Norfolk last year and have seen them in the fields behind the house. Fingers crossed.

    It will also be fun to wear a jumper and rain coat again ;-)

    However, I'm rather tired of being cold and am hoping for some warmth on sore old bones. Enjoy your visit however fleeting:-)
