Almost unheard of, a Waxwing in Cornwall. It didn't take long for the word to get around and the local birders to get down to the car park of the farm shop where the bird was.
My friend took these photos.
No photo showing I'm afraid. I don't doubt it though. They seem to be spreading all over the country - I've yet to see one - darn it.
