Lots of house martins flying low in built up areas between Eastbourne and Brighton today. They must be getting ready to go.
They are still trickling through and probably will continue to do so for the next couple of weeks. There have still been a few tending late broods around the UK so expect to see the stragglers moving through as late as the end of October.
