This has already been reported on the Loch Garten group but it bears repeating. Roy Dennis has reported that a young osprey reared at Glaslyn this summer has turned up in Switzerland.
Apparently it is the first recovery of a British osprey in Switzerland.

Good news - Hopefully it will make it all the way to North Africa or where ever it's going.

Well it should be going to Africa or at least Spain. Birds do not often go in that direction but I can think of one that went to Germany in 2001. See http://www.ospreys.org.uk/satresultsS8H.html
So it really was 94 flying over Zurich on 26th August. See official blog at http://www.rspb.org.uk/community/blogs/glaslynospreys/
