I visited Chobham Common this morning and saw this perching. I don't recognise it, and I can't see anything obvious in my bird book. Any thoughts?
Stonechat I think young male so not showing the plumage you would expect

Thank you. Stonechat had been one of my guesses due to the placement of the white markings, but the rest was so different from the pictures I could find that it threw me off!
