I have been hearing this call every day for the last few weeks in costal mid wales. Time of day varies from morning through to early afternoon. I have tried asking local bird group, but no one is able to help. You can hear it in the last second, after the sparrows/behind the sparrows. It’s repeated 3-4 times every time I’ve heard it. Thanks
