Hi!
I live in the north east of England in a small village surrounded by farm fields. We also are close to a salt marsh and there is a small woodland area about a few minutes walk from where I live. A handful of times since moving here three years ago we have heard this noise, which we think is coming from one of the trees behind our house, does anyone know what it could be? Or if it even is a bird and not a strange sounding dog! The call is always heard after dark! Any help much appreciated.
