what species is this?

Where was this seen please - It's an early instar of one of the tussock moths but I can't quite make up my mind as to which - I keep going between Orgyia antiqua -Vapourer and Lymantria dispar - Gypsy moth. A rough head of location might help as one is more widespread than the other but I have to say I'm not 100% confident

Gypsy moth, Vapourer has four yellow bristly tufts along it's back, I call it the animated toothbrush! Lol
