A bit more information would help please. Where do you live, town, countryside and are you near water, woodland, sea.

We're quite rural, edge of the peak District. Have a small river by us as well.

Do you have chickens nearby? It reminds me of Copper Marran cockerel - they are often blue/black and copper

I'll throw in Muscovy duck. They can have that sort of colourway (metallic blue/green with brown).
