Can anyone identify this bird call?

I've heard this bird call a few times recently when walking in the Scottish hills near Bridge of Orchy and Loch Etive (about 600m altitude). Can anyone identify it?

Apologies for the poor audio quality - it was quite windy.

BirdNET says it's probably a Golden Plover, or possibly a Honey Buzzard.

Thanks Stephen! You're right - golden plover. I knew the sound was familiar, but I just couldn't place it. I've seen them in the far north (Sutherland) and east (Moray) but never that far south before. They are such beautiful birds.
