Can anyone identify this large bird of prey?

Apologies but this is only a phone pic, taken on a Samsung Galaxy in zoom mode. Seen near Stanage Edge, Derbyshire last Thursday 13th Oct, around lunchtime.

The profile said Osprey to me at first but nothing else seemed to fit for that for me

Shape reminded me of osprey but I can't see any online with such dark underwings. Female marsh harrier?

Hi Mr B,
Sorry I am not sure, it was my wife that took the photo on her phone, it could be a combination of the things you mentioned, she is pretty sure it wasn't a Buzzard, which is why she took the pic. I have been looking at dozens of photos online and the Buzzard colouring is the closest. I think we will have to leave it as unidentified, just wish I had been there with my 400mm zoom lens and DSLR, clarity would've been so much better.

Possibly a Black Kite? We do get a few of them reported most years.
