I applied Google Lens to your image and it came up with Society Finch (aka Bengalese Finch). If that's correct, and I think it is, Robbo is correct that it's a non-native bird. In fact it's a domesticated finch which does not occur in nature. They come in all sorts of colour varieties but I found an image HERE which is a pretty good match.
Does anyone in your neighbourhood keep birds? Or, have you got a local Facebook group where you could post missing bird
