That's a dunnock - characteristic blue-grey tint on the head and chest, thin insect-eater's bill. The back of it (not visible here) would be streaky brown/chestnut.

Thanks for that.
I was at Radipole over the weekend and spotted the bird at the top of a small tree and I always thought that Dunnocks spent most of the time ground feeding so it thru me a little. But now you have confirmed my suspicions I can see it now.
