I'm going to blame Seymouraves if I'm wrong but I'd say that the photo is of a Sedge Warbler.
Pale supercilium in front of the eye - classic Sedge Warbler. Can't see the legs clearly though, to confirm.

a nice Willow warbler :) No pale edgings on the wing feathers and the under tail coverts are too short for an acro. :)

Warblers are tough but at this time of year they are singing so it's a bit easier. Wait til autumn - LOL :)
