Injured Black and White female Woodpecker in Alaska - Please give me advice

I was walking my dogs and noticed a bunch of magpies going nuts, attacking something on the pavement. It was not in an area with trees or grass, it was a parking area. The magpies were all swooping in and attacking a small white and black bird who was doing its everything to fight back. I of course intervened, scared the magpies off, but the black and white little woodpecker couldn't fly. It tried but couldn't make it any further than a hop - maybe a few inches off the ground. Its wings seem useless currently. I brought it home, gave it cut up blueberries, some water, a boiled egg, bird seed... I saw her eat and drink a bit today but she still can't fly at all. She's been sleeping a lot. Normally I would have contacted fish and game or other services but due to it being the weekend, I had no one to go to. Tomorrow I plan to make calls, but someone told me they may refuse to take in new birds because of bird flu...? I'm not sure if they knew what they were talking about but I'll be so sad if that is the case. I don't know how to help this beautiful little bird fly again. I thought after the first night she'd be able to, that she was in shock, but this is the second night and aside from much sleeping and some eating/drinking, she doesn't seem any more capable of taking flight. Earlier today I brought her box outside and when she saw the sun, she tried again, but nothing more than hopped. She's beautiful, is friendly now that she knows I won't hurt her, but due to her lack of flight and tons of sleeping, I am very worried for her health. If anyone can give me any advice, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you
