Great Tit family in nest box with very lose top and panels

Dear RSPB Community,

I need advice regarding a nest box on the back of my property fixed to brick at a high level containing a Great Tit family. The chicks are around 5 days old as at 19-04-2022.
The nest box has been in position for around 3 years. This year and following major works on the properties with scaffolding (most of which has been striked), I noticed that the nest box is damaged with the top and side panels coming away. As the chicks grow, the weight could losen one of the wooden sides and the entire brood could be at risk.

I have looked on line and through articles to no avail. Watching a Tony Soper programme many years ago, I recall a Great Tit nest being removed from one box and placed into another for filming purposes in Bristol City Centre. Any advice on who could carry this out or rescue the chicks would be appreciated.

The nest box in question is in Forest Hill, London, SE23
