Robust s nest

Hi Tracey, robins love mealworms (especially live ones) but will also take sunflower hearts and other foods like fat cake although I usually only put out fat products during the colder winter months. Just ensure that you do not place food close to any birds nest as it could attract unwanted predators. Also leave out a shallow dish of water as they also like to bathe, as most birds do. Once again, avoid anything being put close to a nesting site or box. Good luck and hope you see some lovely robin offspring as they can have three broods !
