Probably a Common Darter, but possibly a Ruddy Darter, but only on my phone and forgot my glasses
I'm gonna be awkward, ruddy darter.
Ruddy Darters have a tail that narrows in the middle whereas common darters its fairly straight.
but I could be very wrong....

Home now...big screen.... Ruddy Darters have black legs (only "red" darters that do), Common's have a yellowy stripe down their legs, so I'm sticking with Common
I did say I could be wrong, and its always good to see the things others point out to confirm a species ident, because often, even the best books are fully clear on the differences.
Sadly, by the time they're out next year, I'll have been asleep too many times.....
