This was the first outing of 2024 for me, and a breath of fresh air after full board for Xmas/NY, courtesy of the NHS.
Dawn over my favourite five bar gate, with sheep in the field behind it.

I wuz being watched, Happy New Year to ewe....
The snow drops showing nicely (these photos have appeared in the Plants, Flowers and Shrubs 2024 thread). I found it difficult to get down close enough for a clearer photo, still feeling a bit fragile at the time. But I'm raring to go for the next batch, weather permitting.
And finally, the five bar gate again, after sunrise and by now, the sheep had all moved up the wee hill to capture the best of the sun.
