After yet another successful year on the Odds & Sods thread, initially started I think by Hazy, it might be wise to kickstart the 2023 thread off.
Thank you to those who have contributed to last years thread, and there has been very interesting odds and sods in "Odds & Sods 2022" that aren't enough to place into a dedicated thread, which you can look back on the following link:

Looking like Fylingdale golf balls on steroids, a group of Shaggy Parasol mushrooms.
90% luck, 5% field craft, 5% camera skills.
Liked all the colours.
Lovely to have the Chiffchaffs in the garden for several days now
(Pardon the Scottish Accent)
A couple from my back door this morning - note it's STILL raining ...
You greedy pig. I can't take you anywhere!
I thought this was interesting with the wings about to unfurl
You are lucky to have those Linda. Only time I ever see Chichaffs are right at the top of trees ...
At the Haugh today
I wonder if it's for the resident wildlife,,, visiting wildlife of human visitors....
Or just ME!?!?!?!

I was thinking maybe Reflux had visited my local ;-)
'I saw aliens,' says local man. He continued, 'I was out with my mates, having a few bevvies, and left the pub late. There I was, walking along a dark footpath, when the aliens attacked me, and forced me to the ground. I opens my eyes and see their spaceships. They must have probed me, 'cause I don't remember anything until the missus woke me up in t'morning.'
The Shaggy Parasol mushrumps I photographed earlier in the week, finally opened up.
