After yet another successful year on the Odds & Sods thread, initially started I think by Hazy, it might be wise to kickstart the 2023 thread off.
Thank you to those who have contributed to last years thread, and there has been very interesting odds and sods in "Odds & Sods 2022" that aren't enough to place into a dedicated thread, which you can look back on the following link:

What better for me, and as yet, I've not ventured far, ewe know what I mean, with this lassie on Baddesley Clinton estate yesterday....

A little birdie just told me there's a third one hiding
Quite a few from the last two weeks up in the peaks... still focusing on the deer (like a moth to a flame) but signs of Spring already in the local valley Talk already of a goshawk down there which is exciting as I've never seen one.
Very nice selection Bob...plenty deer about up here today aswell when a went a walk...obviously not as stunning as yours though ;-)
(Pardon the Scottish Accent)
Excellent Bob. I particularly like the first deer and the second Highland cow ...
I'm going to stick my neck out and say these are Gadwalls. It's quite rare to have birds flying at me directly a few feet off the water (apart from the big geese), and even rarer for me to actually be able to photograph them.
90% luck, 5% field craft, 5% camera skills.
