I wonder what exciting wildlife shall show up in the garden this year
So to kick off 2023 in my garden a couple of wee cuties from this morning (a cold and Frosty one)

A tad late in the day for this behaviour is it not?
My little sweet Ltts
And a great tit that Jock never got lol...well yet anyhow.....
Garden is still very busy but with the weather changing constantly...not many photo opportunities
Fascinating behaviour & puzzling too is it a youngster or courtship feeding?
I'm tempted to think, with such a mild, but unsettled weather across the UK we've endured this year, along with hearing lots about late broods from many species, not just birds, it's a youngster.
Even with the graininess of the photo, the head plumage looks like a youngster.
But as always, I'm happy to be corrected.
