Nice collection Rishaan. Not many butterflies left around here now - getting a bit cold ...

Seen a few Red Admirals in the last couple of days.
This is my favourite moth of 2023, a very rare migrateur that turned up in the garden trap in late September, a Silver-striped Hawk Moth "Hippotion celerio"
Any others with their favourite of 2023 ?
Best wishes
Hazel in Southwest France
Very smart moth Hazel ... mine is the Hummingbird hawkmoth, no pics or vid from me unfortunately, but this was a bumper year for them, were on my Red Valerian or Buddleias all day most days throughout the Summer and early Autumn, used to see up to six at a time! Featured in a video at bottom of this page ... www.wildlifetrusts.org/.../hummingbird-hawk-moth.
Very nice catch Hazel. For me though not rare per se. Had never seen the clouded yellow butterfly until this year. So while not a moth. I’m that was my favourite for 2023.
