A few years ago we used to store the boats for water training on a small beach which was shielded by a thicket of bramble. We hadn't been down for a few weeks and when the boys moved the boat they hadn't fully done up their wet suits - after about 10 minutes of doing up their suits they were itching - I then spotted brown-tail cats on the boat - the rashes lasted a good couple of weeks and we had to get rid of our fiber anti- slip mats

Is this a Second-brood female Large white
It seemed larger than other White Butterflies that were about and looks identical to the picture in my Guide Book....
Similar looking are on the UK Butterflies site: https://www.ukbutterflies.co.uk/album.php?id=508
Thanks for checking Germain, that makes 20 species at the RSPB Lodge reserve
