Gannet - OK it's not a Risso's but first time I have managed to get a Gannet so I was chuffed

I decided to leave. They probably returned after 4.00 knowing my luck.

Risso Dolphins or not, that looked a good trip out, what with gannets, seals and ponies.
BTW, the number of times I've been to South Stack after reports of dolphins being active there, and nowt, pure nowt.
Likewise the Dolphin place in Scotland back in May......

Thanks all, just one of those days when you enjoy the experience but don't get to see what you wanted, but never mind, the next day I went over to Holyhead and climbed a way up North Stack. Haven't been there before but a lady I spoke to the day before said it was always quiet, (not true, the car park was pretty full) and there were plenty of seals around (true). A few pics,
