Party time

It was windy, rainy and cold but the birds decided to give me a show of solidarity by turning up to party

I could go on but perhaps I won't, you get the gist,

rain stopped now and sun trying to get through

Don't know which was the intruder

Here is Titch, I was very glad to see him as had heard what I mistakenly thought was a Sprawk passing overhead just as I went out to feed him

A couple of the Magpie that sat there talking away to itself, or calling for it's partner

I was hoping to get some tail feathers spread out as it flew off but - missed it !!!!

That's it, let's hope these will post

Lot to learn

  • Nice to see them having their baths, great fun, and as always so good to see wee Titch.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

  • Thanks CLady, it has been wet and breezy today and birds fairly quiet, haven't seen Titch for two days now though food has been taken from the shed. Now and again a cheeky Blue Tit comes in or even a Blackbird, so unless I see him I just don't know who has had the meal!!! It is breeding time so he could be chasing a female somewhere, hopefully I will get a glimpse tomorrow.

    Lot to learn

  • Yes had a quick visit today from Titch, looking wild and wary, didn't stop for more than a minute but at least he is surviving this weather. Bad forecast for overnight and tomorrow, what happened to the lovely weather we had in February a year or so ago!!

    Lot to learn
