This pair of starlings were having a right old go at each other, whilst another nipped in to the coconut shell for a food

From this morning, a house sparrow getting the materials for some nest DiY....
She was parading around with that nice chunky twig, and then dropped it!
Sadly, the photo of her looking down at where the twig fell never came out.
Unperturbed, she found another twig, but not quite so big this time.
And still she insisted on parading around with it, only this time, she flew off, up towards next doors apex......

Keeping a lookout for ponds (especially those with juicy koi carp in) in the neighbourhood....
We had one every year around March/April time, but last year was the first no show.
I placed another of my trail cams (an Apeman) in tiny copse to one side of the field a landowner had given me permission to do so. Luck smiled on me as the camera got this!
Wont be seeing anything like this anytime soon.
Cropping out the Sparrowhawk as it launches itself into the air
90% luck, 5% field craft, 5% camera skills.
