All your emails will be saved on the main server, even saved in the bin usually for around 30 days, unless, you've deleted them from the bin.
All you need is to synch the emails with your email program, and they should reappear.

Usually synching is automatic, so it may be worth looking in the settings.
On a lighthearted note, they say never work with animals and children, I think computers and computing should be included in there somewhere.....
