put some minnows or sticklebacks in that pond of yours and put in a T-bar perch and you never know; we had one visit our old garden twice that I saw and at one stage it landed on the patio table so never say never !! We had no fish as our pond wasn't really deep enough but they must have thought it worth investigating.
