Talking of Jackdaws, had my own here today trying out Kestrel nest hole for size ... & taste! Lol

Then @ 12.18 Colin came to telegraph pole & settled in for a good long preen

Lovely clips Wendy and good to see the Jackdaws looking mischievous, as they do ! and the return of Colin looking really good in the brighter conditions; nice trademark ending as per usual lol Hopefully weather settling down now and a decent forecast for all of us next week. Has been really full on here for the past 2 weeks with various jobs at our new place so hoping we can escape at least one day next week to Burton Mere again as we need some "me" time away from workmen/fitters !! Having said that I've adopted half of them and most now call us Aunty Hazel & Uncle Mike - think it was the coffee machine that was the clincher - and I did make the delivery men sandwiches lol

Lovely to see Colin making another appearance. Just sitting preening in the sunshine looking georgeous. Of course we have to have the trademark ending!!

I think he returned as you were showing too much attention to the other web-cam!! He looked really well and showed us some beautiful tail feathers. Good to see him back.
The Jackdaw video was good too, a fair number of them showing an interest in the nesthole, probably trying to suss out new territory.

Back to the Dales as Colin flew off today before I could even get a pic!!

Great video Wendy, trying to make out which they were, the first one maybe the male, couldn't make out the tail, and the second seemed to be catching forty winks as it perched on the ledge.
