Happy New Year all
I know you’ve enjoyed sharing your sunrise and sunset photos, and a good many have enjoyed seeing the photos and experiences posted, so here is this year’s thread.
First, thank you to all who have shared their photos for 2019, not just in the UK, but from other countries also, I’m sure you’ll agree, they have all been fabulous.
Last year’s thread is here:

To save Hazy the pressure of missing a sunrise, here is the first of my contributions for 2020.
Can you see the sun?
It is there, honest!

Even my solar lights are flickering tonight after having a gorgeous day here today.

Fabulous photos everyone.
Sadly, here, no even remotely photogenic sunrises or sunsets for a good long while, just wall to wall clag (mountain speak), constant cloud in normal definition.
However, we did have sun this morning, and not quite a colourful sunrise (probably just as well, red sky in the morning etc), but it looked good, even at around 06:00, well, put a smile on my face....
Two colourful sunrises on the bounce, though this mornings was a lot more colourful, generally...
For the observant, there is a corvid on the tree, most likely magpie as they nest in that particular tree, though we have had an influx of rooks this year.
Even the garden pond looked colourful!
And looking down the garden.

Thanks Linda.
It has been a rare sight for me, so I was like a kid with a new toy once I saw the colours emerging.

They've been very conspicuous here also for the last few months.
I was that excited, like a kid with a new toy, I had to share the photos almost immediately, and forgot about my toast and marmalade.
I did eat the T&M later, as cold T&M, but it was worth it.
Well you know when you wake up early - and that is exactly what I did this morning, thinking no spaghetti in cupboard......then of course started to go through the cupboard wondering what I had etc., so it was 5.15 and up I got
plane heading for Manchester- and bird song too which I can't share with yhou
Quite lovely - was tempted to walk for an hour but took cup of tea back to bed and read for an hour, got up about 8.00 in the end.
Then this evening
Plane heading for the sun
How come they are different colours? taken at the same time and I didn't alter settings, except to zoom in maybe
Jackdaws going to bed, and I had a quick snooze outside on the chair this afternoon!!!
Well all this activity, can't keep up:-) I collected earth from the mole hills too and so I have pots waiting for plants, could divide up some of the primulas I suppose.
Bye for now
