THIS THREAD IS NOW DISCONTINUED, please add to the new 2020 thread HERE
Often we don't have enough photos to create a full thread so thought I'd start an Odds & Sods thread where you may want to add a pic or two when you don't have enough for their own thread . Feel free to add your rogues gallery here !
I only had a couple of pics today, one a Treecreeper and the other a very hacked off looking Great Egret huddled against the reeds trying to keep warm !

Lovely set Bob....loving that sheep!! How much of a walk was it? (Assuming you didn't get lost take the scenic route?)
Yes Hazel, really lovely captures of Reed Buntings , Dunnock, female Teal and Mallard. One question . Do you think I should offer some grit to my balcony birds ( Great- and Blue Tits, House Sparrows and Goldfinches? Or do they find enough of that in the city grounds, parks and playgrounds?
Thanks, it was a 6 and half hour walk from the edge of Sheffield to Chatsworth, with it being the scenic route me getting lost :)
The path on Big moor I sometimes take has a little 1 foot hop over a stream but the recent floods had washed the edges away and made it impassable. A little higher up I saw some red deer cross so I thought that's the place for me :) sadly I'm no deer. Even they stopped on their trek in to the middle of the moor to see if I fell in (well they may just have been keeping an eye on me but I'm sure they had their hooves crossed)

Found a suitable prospect for the RSPB to purchase as it would be lovely to add a bird/wildlife reserve on my doorstep Can you take a look and see how much is left in the piggy bank and I'll negotiate for you LOL
Kind regards, Ann
