A few I don't know, some new born lambs and I do beleive a bit of a sun tan.
Thanks Gaynor. Both the little owls and barn owls are quite dependable although the barn owls usually mean an early walk. The kestrels too have quite a small territory around a couple of fields and edge of woodland.
Those are fabulous videos Bob, just been watching on full screen and really enjoyed them, thanks for letting us share even if it leaves me drooling!!!!!
Thanks Alan. A bit odd with tthe camera on the little owl. Left it running as it disappeared seeing me so went for a stroll around the field. Exposure seems a little odd.
Brilliant Bob I know Wendy will like the Kestrel but my favourite is the Little Owl.
A fewe from today.
Yes Bob, far too late, nesting season well over! Outside chance of late fledglings still being fed but should have dispersed by now! Availability of food & numbers in an area will usually dictate if adults remain faithful to their territories!
Cheers Wendy. Went back Sunday to see if they were nesting. Two of them at the top of the tree but leaves stopped me getting a clear photo. Not sure if it's too late to be nesting, may just be part of their territory.
Great stuff Bob, love the LO but Mrs K has to be favourite!
All lovely Bob, thanks for posting.
