Hi Everyone,
Now and again I put chopped grapes out for my feathered visitors.Today I did just that along with their usual munchies. After half an hour I looked out the window all grapes had gone. There was no way the Blackbird would have eaten them all,so later on I put more out and had the camera ready
Young Starling getting use to tray on the fence
Then the adult was caught In the act
Meanwhile baby wanting some grape
In the end It has a look for food on It's own
So now I know where all the grapes went earlier In the day!

Hi Bramble,
They could eat us out of house and home If we let them, but such fun to watch.
Hi Littleowl,
lovely photos - they really can eat can't they?!
My Starlings have taken a shine to the Blackbird's sultanas and can get through half a bag (250g) in an hour.
Great pictures littleowl. You can guarntee that starlings will find any food you put out, very quickly. LOL
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.

Yes, they love their grapes, and sultana's too!
They have hearty appetities indeed
