Hi Kathy
What a beautiful bird indeed, and that dentist had a great idea.
I would have loved to be there holding him while they fixed it on.
Best wishes Chris

Hi Chris
It is amazing footage and the Eagle was so calm he was so polite about it all.
The dentist was clever with the Crown tooth idea.
I would have to have got up close and personal to the Eagle any day
I assume that he can be released into the wild and he will be in cavity now
Regards

I'm off to the dentist on Friday. It doesn't seem so bad now! What a great team they have in Alaska. Does anyone know how they found the eagle in the first place?
Fascinating story kathy, thanks for sharing.
Its amazing what they can do now isn't it? And the eagle was so well behaved too!
I remember seeing this footage when they showed it on telly a month or so ago and thinking then how remarkeable it was. It's made all the difference to that Eagle. I just wish they could do a follow up of how it gets on.
Thanks for posting it, it was lovely to watch it again.

Hi everyone
This is what I managed to find on the web. It makes it easier that we know how to spell the Eagles name so we can find up to date links.

I had another look and all the papers have the same date in mid Februaruy 2010. So it looks although we will have to wait and see
Great story with a happy ending hopefully, and a very brave dentist
