The weather is still being kind to us in Md Wales. In the last few days spotted flycatcher has added itslf to late srpring arrivals for the reserve.
Daily sightings now of species associated with western Atlantic oakwoods - pied flycatcer, redstart, wood warbler, blackcap, willow warbler and cuckoo.
Estuary birds include lapwing, redshank, little egret, oystercatcher, sandpiper, dunlin, shelduck, heron.
The sun today has brought out many butterfly species including Wall.
