Russell was out and about on the reserve early tis morning, checking the pools at Marian Mawr. Not a bad list..1 wood sandpiper, 3 ruff, 2 Little plover, 1 black tailed godwit, oystercatcher plus chicks, at least 10 redshank and chicks, lots of lapwing and chicks.
Also lovely breeze coming in off the estuary perfect for a walk.
