Hi, I"m looking to get back into bird watching after quite a while away,, already have a good pair of binoculars but am now after buying my 1st scope.
I have up to £200 to spend and would like some help on recommending a good one.
Any help or info would be great.
Thanks in advance, rolandb

Hello RolandB!
Welcome to the site!
As Graham has said there is a gear section which is great! I would keep an eye out for an optics display (we're hoping to have one here soon, in May). People like different things, so getting to use the scope is really beneficial. If you can't wait until May there is an optic demo at The Lodge on 5 April.
I hope you are enjoying your time on the community pages!

Hi Roland
I use an Acuter Scope which is a budget scope with lots of power. It's very light but the image is very good albeit not up to HD standard. There are also digiscope kits for it if you want to use your camera. For the price you can't go wrong!
